The anime is an excellent adaptation by ufotable with stunning animation. The anime follows the manga faithfully with enhanced action sequences. There is no significant content skipped.
After the Hashira Training Arc, the story enters the intense Infinity Castle Arc where Tanjiro and the Hashira face off against Muzan and the remaining Upper Moons in a final battle for humanity. This arc contains some of the most intense battles in the series as the Demon Slayer Corps launches their final assault on the Demon King.
