Bones' adaptation is one of the most stylish in the medium — the fluid animation and color-shift sequences actively improve on the manga's pages. But ONE's original art style has a lo-fi charm that's worth experiencing on its own, and the manga has a handful of character beats trimmed from the anime. Both are great; either is a complete version of the story.
The anime adapts all 101 chapters of the manga, so there's no main-story continuation to read. The story is complete. If you want more, ONE's other major work — One Punch Man — is a completely different genre but shares the same sense of humor, and his side manga "Reigen" is a canon one-shot set during the main story from Reigen's perspective.
